Shipping policy

All orders are processed within two days and are shipped out 5 days a week, excluding holidays.

Domestic and expedited shipping options are available, cost will be calculated at checkout:

Domestic delivery - 5-8 business days

PO box delivery - longer than Domestic delivery, vary based on location

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed.

If you need to cancel or modify your order please contact us at hello@longbottom.co with your order number, and we’ll do our best to see what we can do. We can’t make any promises, our warehouse moves as fast as they can to get your order on its way to you!
